Individual Teen Session (13+)
So many things are happening for teens physically and emotionally, and can cause for kids and adults to want to seek counseling. My goal is to create a space virtually to make it engaging and a space that teens feel safe to focus on issues that relate to them away from the pressures of school, family, and social pressures.
My hope is that we can work together to understand your feelings and get to the source of where it's coming from.
I help teens specifically with:
change or shift in friends
home, school, and community transitions
anxiety, stress, sadness and depression, and trauma
I use creative ways to engage in therapy including: games, crafts, and art. Doesn't always have to be talking the entire time!

One on one dedicated time for us to work on your goals in therapy.
Incorporating wellness into life practice
Transitioning to college and dealing with imposter syndrome
