Hello. Thanks for stopping by!

I earned my Masters in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education at the University of Colorado at Denver. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of WA, a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPC) in the State of CO, and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Over the past 9 years, my work has been in various settings working with children, adolescents, college students, and adults.

I identify as a daughter of Asian immigrants, Asian American, born with a limb difference and constantly working toward being anti-racist in my personal life and in my work. The journey continues.
